Dated 13/11/2018 Established in 2004, using the former building and area of ​​the Si Sa Ket (Kud Ngong) Highway Section, under the Si Sa Ket Highway District, as a temporary office. It received road routes from the Si Sa Ket Highway District, Ubon Ratchathani Highway District 1, and Ubon Ratchathani Highway District 2. It controls routes in 9 districts of Si Sa Ket Province and 5 districts of Ubon Ratchathani Province. It was renamed according to the Ministerial Regulation on February 27, 2015, to Si Sa Ket Highway District 2. Currently, it has 5 highway sections: Sri Rattana, Phu Ngoen, Phrai Bueng, Kantharalak, and Nam Khun.
